Key Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive property portfolios with meticulous attention and proactive communication
  • Coordinate maintenance via trusted tradespeople and contractors
  • Conduct property inspections and provide detailed landlord reports
  • Handle rent collection, deposits, and financial administration
  • Resolve tenant issues professionally to maintain positive relationships
  • Organise check ins and check outs, including detailed inventory management
  • Advise landlords on strategic property decisions
  • Manage emergency situations outside office hours as needed
  • Support lettings negotiations and tenant referencing processes
Good to Have / Preferred
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), will be managing Chinese speaking clients or international portfolios
Essential Experience and Skills
  • Previous experience in property management, lettings, or client service roles
  • Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and compliance
  • Exceptional organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills for diverse clientele, including international investors
  • Problem solving mindset with cost effective solution orientation
  • Computer literacy including property management software, Microsoft Office, and online portals
  • Flexibility to work five days including Saturday
  • Clean driving licence and willingness to travel across London properties
