My client is an award winning, highly regarded independent letting agent on the outskirts of Bradford. Due to continued company growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a property manager to join their team.
Based within the property management department, this office based role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing your own portfolio of properties and acting as a point of contact, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords on a daily basis.
Benefits of the role:- Basic salary up to £29,000

- Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants
- Arrnage and review reports for check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and professional transitions
- Administer deposit protection and manage deposit returns
- Proactively resolve rental arrears, liaising confidently with landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the dedicated maintenance and repairs team to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Coordinate safety certifications and ensure full compliance across the portfolio
- Coordinate and review reports on property inspections and inventories and provide detailed landlord feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the property management system
- Ensuring that clients receive legally accurate, practical and timely solutions / responses to their enquiries and problems
- Ensure your portfolio adheres to it's legal obligations and compliance at all time
- Stay on top of changing lettings legislation, ensuring your knowledge and expertise is current and up to date.
- Assist the lettings teams with ad hoc viewings as needed
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail - you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Confidence using property management systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently
