Job Summary

A highly respected Estate Agency covering the Kingston upon Thames area seeks an experienced Property Manager. The role involves all aspects of residential property management and provides first class service to landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential properties, handling tenancy agreements, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Provide high level customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Approach challenging problems calmly and resolve them effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, prioritise workload, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive residential property management experience.
• ARLA qualification preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent organisational skills and knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
