Property Manager

If you are a Property Manager with good experience in the residential sector, this role with a hugely successful Property Development Company will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of rented residential properties based in and around the London area
• Advising and guiding Landlords on the management of their properties
• Dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine property visits
• Co-ordinating refurbishment works including obtaining quotations and managing contractors
• Ensuring that all properties comply with Health and Safety legislation and statutory obligations
• Co-ordinating end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and, if required, dealing with disputes
