Property Manager - Family-Run Estate Agency (Mon-Fri, 9-5)

THOMAS Professional is recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, family-run estate agency in Stoke Poges for a Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and landlord satisfaction.

You will coordinate contractors, communicate with landlords and tenants, monitor rent and arrears, and manage tenancy renewals through end-of-tenancy inspections, all in a Monday-Friday, on-site role with parking.
