Property Manager - Estates & Capital Projects (Flexible)

GirlingJones is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the Estates team in Exeter. You will oversee capital and revenue projects across a varied property portfolio, ensuring safety, compliance and fit-for-purpose operation.

You'll lead construction, refurbishment and maintenance from concept through procurement to handover, supporting a capital programme of about £5.5m and engaging consultants, contractors and suppliers across the region.
