For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for: Property Manager - 100%Your missions: Ensure the technical and financial management of properties, in accordance with the instructions of the owners (institutional and private), the company policies, and directives. To do this, the holder of the position must: Assume tasks related to property management, including the establishment of rental leases, amendments, and processing of apartment rentals, coordinate and supervise maintenance and renovation work on buildings; Establish a budget and ensure its follow-up; Conduct preliminary inspections, entry, and exit; Manage claims and maintenance requests; Validate the fees related to property management.Profile sought: You have a vocational training certificate (CFC) as a commercial employee and have completed additional training in the field of real estate (Immobail/Immotechnique); You have several years of professional experience as a property manager (minimum 3 years); You appreciate the diversity of activities that lead you to deal with both building technical issues and lease law; You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate a very good management of priorities; You have an excellent sense of customer contact and service; You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written; You are comfortable with standard tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook), knowledge of the Quorum software is a plus; You hold a driving license.We offer: A modern and pleasant work environment; Competitive employment conditions and social benefits; A stable position; Working hours: 100% Start date: To be agreed upon.Interested in joining us?
