Property Maintenance Supervisor - Site Upkeep & Compliance

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor for Acacia Hall, Friesthorpe. This role is 40 hours per week, 9-5, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £32,782 per annum plus benefits including a company van.

The successful candidate will oversee maintenance, coordinate external contractors and internal staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety and audits across the Lincs North East region. IT literacy (MS Word/Excel) and practical hands-on ability are essential.
