Property Maintenance Pro: Van, 30 Days Leave

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Maintenance professional to join the Property Services Team across North Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire.

You will oversee maintenance and development of residential care homes, schools and related property stock, proactively managing priorities and coordinating internal and external resources. You will supervise external contractors, deliver a proactive and responsive service, ensure safety compliance, and report on faults and hazards.
