Property Maintenance Pro - Care Homes & Schools (Van)

Kisimul Group is seeking a Property Maintenance professional to oversee and assist with maintenance across residential care homes, schools and related property stock in North Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire. You will proactively manage priorities, workloads and external services to deliver a responsive, high quality service.

The role requires coordinating with Care Home/School Managers, arranging works, and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
