Location: South Woodford, London

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Coordinator

  • Managing all maintenance for a portfolio of 200 properties for a long-standing landlord base.
  • Talking to landlords and tenants through WhatsApp and video updates.
  • Booking in local contractors for emergency repairs and regular service visits.
  • Making sure all properties follow the latest UK safety laws.
  • Sorting out contractor invoices and dealing with deposit returns.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working in residential lettings or estate agency is desirable but not essential.
  • Very organised and able to handle a bit of pressure.
  • Great at talking to people and giving honest, friendly advice.
  • Good with technology and property software.
