Job Title

Property Litigation Solicitor - Hertfordshire

Salary £70,000-£85,000 DOE.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, possession claims, restrictive covenants, telecoms matters, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, boundary disputes and rights of light.
• Handle matter from initial instruction to trial, delivering strategic, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Real Estate team to provide seamless support on complex development and property matters.
• Proactively contribute to business development, networking and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 6+ years post qualification experience in contentious property litigation.
• Strong technical expertise and excellent commercial awareness.
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence to build and maintain client relationships.
• Pragmatic, solution focused approach to providing advice.
