Qualifications

4+ years of PQE, with experience in commercial and residential property disputes.

About the Role
  • Work on a range of commercial and residential property disputes including tenancies, ground rent, service charge recovery, possessions, lease renewals, dilapidations and rent reviews.
  • Manage your own caseload of files and work as part of a team on major disputes, often cross firm teams, with opportunities to lead these teams.
About the Candidate

You will be a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE, able to provide up to date, commercially focused advice to clients. You are self motivated, proactive, possess exceptional commercial acumen and an interest in business development. You have a strong understanding of risk and best practice and commit to a collaborative approach to problem solving.
