Location: Manchester PQE: 2-3 Years Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 (higher end considered for Manchester-based candidates) Working Pattern: Hybrid

An established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (2-3 years PQE) to join its Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured and supportive real estate disputes team with a strong reputation across the North West and beyond.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters while supporting senior lawyers on more complex disputes. The team acts for a broad client base including commercial landlords and tenants, property developers, investors, social housing providers and corporate occupiers.

The work is varied and high quality, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Dilapidations claims
• Forfeiture and possession proceedings
• Lease renewals and termination under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Boundary and rights of way disputes
• Property-related contractual disputes
• You will have regular client contact and responsibility from the outset, with clear progression pathways and strong supervision to continue developing your technical expertise.

The Candidate

• Have 2-3 years' PQE in property litigation
• Be confident running their own files with appropriate supervision
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Possess excellent drafting and advocacy skills
• Be organised, proactive and capable of managing competing deadlines
• Be keen to develop their career within a well-established regional firm
• Manchester-based candidates may be considered at the higher end of the salary bracket.
