1. Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience in this area of law.
2. Experience of long leasehold residential property disputes is essential.
3. Experience of Building Services Act work would be beneficial.
4. You will play a hands-on role within a dynamic and growing team, working on a wide range of disputes for a diverse and high-profile client base.
5. You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload, including lease renewals, possession claims, trespass/squatter claims, injunctions, rent arrears, and boundary and rights of way issues.
6. You will assist more senior team members with complex cases.
7. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
