Property Litigation Solicitor 2+ Top firm Nottingham

An award-winning and well-regarded national law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Legal 500 recognised team based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving department working on high-value and complex disputes for a mix of commercial clients and institutional landlords.

The Role:
Advising clients on a broad range of contentious property matters including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, breach of covenant, lease renewals (1954 Act), dilapidations, possession claims, and rights of way issues.
Acting for a diverse client base including national retailers, commercial landlords, housing associations, developers and local authorities.
Working as part of a large, collaborative litigation team with access to excellent support and resources.
Opportunity to get involved in business development and grow your personal profile in the region.

The Candidate:
A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with between 2-6 years' PQE in property litigation (more senior candidates are welcome to apply too).
Strong technical knowledge of contentious property law with the ability to manage files independently.
Commercially minded with excellent client care and communication skills.
A team player with a proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for property disputes.
