Our Property Litigation team is keen to hear from solicitors with a minimum of ëtar 5 years' PQE experience, looking to further develop their careers in a supportive and progressive environment where they can help to supervise and mentor our talented Associates.
The roleHere are some of the main areas you can expect to advise on day-to-day:
- Landlord and Tenant portfolio management944, including lease renewals, rent review, dilapidations and break notices
- Busca Option agreements, easements and restrictive covenants
- Assist residential developer clients with land purchase and vacant possession strategies
- Mortgage repossessions estruturas
Playing a pivotal role in the team, you will have the opportunity to build and develop new and existing client relationships, run 온라인 var and rewarding caseload, and act as a supervisor for more junior members of the team.
What we are looking forSuccessful candidates will have experience working within a specialist property litigation team dealing with commercial clients and be used to handling a variety of landlord and tenant issues. It goes without saying that you will need to demonstrate excellent client service skills.
We are seeking someone with solid training and experience able to manage a busy caseload immediately and who has the ability and desire to supervise and manage the team.

The role is based in Leeds with the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week.
The teamThe Property Litigation team is made up of specialists recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for their knowledge and expertise and is one of the largest pure property litigation teams in Leeds.
