I am delighted to be supporting an excellent and highly reputable client in Birmingham City Centre who is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join their established legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in property litigation (or a closely related area) who is looking to step into a role offering real exposure, responsibility, and career development.

The Role

As a Property Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with a team of experienced solicitors, supporting them on a broad range of both commercial and residential property disputes. This is a hands-on role within a busy department where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting fee-earners with a varied caseload of property litigation matters
• Drafting legal documentation including letters, claims, witness statements, and bundles
• Conducting legal research and preparing case notes
• Managing client communication and handling enquiries
• Reviewing leases, title documents, and associated property paperwork
• Preparing files for hearings, trials, and mediations
• Liaising with courts, counsel, surveyors, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring all case files and documentation are accurately maintained

About You

• Minimum 1 year of experience within property litigation or litigation-focused work
• Strong understanding of the litigation process
• Excellent drafting, written communication, and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and case management systems
