Property Lettings Negotiator - Client-Focused & Commission

Artemis Clarke Ltd is seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator/Property Assistant to join our team. The role combines reception duties with lettings negotiations, arranging viewings, handling enquiries, and providing excellent client service.

You will engage with prospective buyers and tenants, manage documentation, use CRM systems, and support marketing of properties. Training will be provided and a commission scheme is in place.
