Property Lettings Manager (Chinese or Cantonese Speaking, £25k, Real Estate, Manchester)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Lettings Manager role in a London based real estate agency. The agency is dedicated to delivering complete solutions for international property investors. The agency is searching for an experienced property manager who can work well with others.

• Previous experience as a property manager of minimum 1+ years is required.
• MS Office and Excel skills.
• Pay close attention to details and numbers.
• Excellent client service abilities over call, mail, chat, and in person.
• A fantastic team player with a cheerful, adaptable, and can do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and overcome difficulties.
• Extremely responsive to inquiries.
• Full UK driver's permit and use own vehicle throughout business hours.
• Extensive knowledge of Chinese, Cantonese and/or English.
