We are hiring for our client, one of Ireland's leading legal firms, seeking an experienced Property Legal Executive to join its established property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Legal Executive with strong experience across property transactions to work alongside experienced solicitors and senior fee earners on a varied caseload. The Role

As a Property Legal Executive, you will:

  • Assist solicitors with a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Manage files from instruction through to completion
  • Prepare contracts, closing documentation and property-related correspondence
  • Carry out property searches and assist with title documentation
  • Liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties
  • Coordinate signatures, completions and post-completion requirements
  • Manage Land Registry and Registry of Deeds documentation where required
  • Monitor key dates, deadlines and outstanding documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and matter files
  • Provide ongoing support to senior solicitors and fee earners within the team
The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Strong previous experience as a Property Legal Executive
  • Experience gained within a busy Irish legal practice
  • Good knowledge of residential and/or commercial property transactions
  • Strong file management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication and client liaison skills
  • The ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
  • A proactive, professional and dependable approach
