Property Lawyer needed in Uxbridge - Paying £35 per hr - Ref

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on property sales, purchases, leases, and related matters.
• Lead on disposals and sales processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and other legal instruments.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly.
