Property Development Lead - Social Housing Growth

Cill Dara Housing Association CLG seeks a Property Development Manager to drive its Growth Strategy , securing a sustainable housing pipeline across County Kildare and nearby counties.

You will build relationships with developers, landowners, local authorities and sector partners, advancing opportunities from feasibility to funding. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Board's Committee on a multi-stakeholder, multi-stage process.
