Property Clearance & Cleaning Operative (Driver)

Mears Group in Bexley is looking for a General Operative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, performing void clearances, waste removal, and deep cleaning to ensure properties meet lettable standards.

You will use company vehicles (training provided) and support environmental cleaning across residential properties, with strict COSHH and Health & Safety practices. A full UK driving licence and physical fitness are essential.
