Property Cleaner - Workshop

Salary £25,194 per annum, £12.75 per hour, 38 hours per week, enhanced rate for weekends and bank holidays.

Role: Property Cleaner - support the upkeep of Morecambe Depot. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will ensure that daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules are completed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the depot, including the workshop, pits, parking area, offices and toilets.
• Follow the cleaning schedule and meet the targets set by Management.
• Multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Experience working in an engineering workplace is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
