Property Asset Management Coordinator

Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking an Asset Management Assistant to support the Commercial Manager and Property Managers across a UK property portfolio. The role focuses on tenancy management, inspections, compliance and administration, with some travel to Manchester as needed.

You will help maintain records, coordinate maintenance, liaise with tenants and external agents, and assist with service charge budgets and invoices, ensuring compliance with current UK legislation.
