Property Adjuster - Solent

As a Domestic Loss Adjuster you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims throughout the Solent area. Your day will involve visiting claimants' homes, coordinating contractor visits, negotiating settlements and compiling detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage domestic property damage claims.
- Visit claimants' properties and coordinate contractor inspections.
- Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
- Prepare comprehensive claim reports.
- Plan and manage your own week to meet deadlines and handle multiple claims simultaneously.
- A full UK driving licence and ability to travel by car.
- Basic understanding of home insurance policies and domestic property risk.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem solving and time management abilities.
- Detail oriented and self motivated.
- Experience with Apple software or other tablet devices.
