Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance is a forward-thinking, contemporary, and world-class Higher Education Institution with a vision to redefine the conservatoire for the 21st century. It provides specialist education of the highest quality, reflecting the increasingly collaborative world of artistic practice and supporting the lifelong career development of students and professional performing artists.

We strive for excellence beyond tradition, creating a home for performing artists where boundaries are pushed, collaborations are key, and artistic pioneers are made. We are a world-leading institution for students from non-traditional backgrounds, with a broad programme of activity reaching all sections of society, emphasizing the performing arts as a force for cultural and social progress.

You will coordinate a range of participatory arts projects, focusing on, but not limited to, projects working with schools and young people in out-of-school and community settings. This includes developing partnerships, initiating new projects, and managing our annual summer school.

Previous experience in project management or arts administration is essential, along with practical knowledge of music and an interest in arts as a catalyst for change. You should have excellent organizational skills, a willingness to learn, the ability to work collaboratively, and demonstrate initiative.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. You will also need to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure suitability for working with children.

As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage applications from all qualified candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.

Offering top-class courses in London, Trinity Laban is the only conservatoire of music and contemporary dance in the UK.

We are a membership organization, subject association, and charity.
