Job Description

LHH is excited to be supporting one of their long-standing clients based in Sussex as they look for a creative, organised and people-focused Projects & Communications professional to join their brilliant People team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves designing presentations, coordinating projects, analysing data and bringing ideas to life and previous HR experience is not required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating People/HR projects and keeping timelines, actions and documentation on track
  • Managing and analysing people data, turning insight into meaningful reports
  • Creating high-impact PowerPoint decks, visuals and communications for the team
  • Organising meetings, preparing project materials and supporting delivery
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive, friendly and high-performing People team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience coordinating projects or supporting cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong data/reporting confidence
  • Creative eye for design and clear communication
  • Positive, energetic, collaborative team player
  • Someone who thrives on variety, coordination and making things happen
