About the Role- Manage client referrals, bookings and data on the QM10 system
- Act as the main contact for clients, supporting engagement and attendance
- Coordinate clinics, venues and coach resources to ensure smooth delivery
- Support service promotion through website updates, social media and events
- Monitor outcomes, run reports and maintain strong partner relationships
- Uploading client referrals onto the IHS Database
- Contacting referrals via telephone & email
- Booking clients onto available clinics
- Plan and organise workload effectively and be able to work well under a strict timeline.
- Ensure a smooth referral pathway is put in place and overcome barriers to receiving referrals.
- Ensure all wellness coaches are fully equipped to run their sessions.
- Website: take responsibility for the programme including writing new articles, adding or altering clinics and their opening times, and updating with relevant events and campaigns.
- Increase service awareness in the community and social media platforms.
- Manage all referrals coming into the service via self referral route and health professionals.
- Motivate and empower clients to make behaviour changes.
- Run reports regularly when requested.
- Monitor outcomes of treatment programmes for their effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with key partners.
- Actively participate in promotional events to increase referrals to the service.
- Carry out any other duties relevant to the post.
- Make sure all client data are entered into the IHS database.
- Assist with creating and sending out promotional materials for the programme.
- Any other administrative tasks.

- Knowledge of behaviour change models

- Experience in assisting with public health programmes

- Knowledge of reporting to commissioners and stakeholders
- Full clean driving licence (no more than 3 points)
