Project Support Officer

At Fokker Techniek in Woensdrecht, you'll take on a key role as Project Support Officer, supporting our production processes. You'll work in a highly technical environment where your organizational skills and analytical insight directly impact the success of complex projects in the aerospace sector.

What will you do?

As Project Support Officer, you are the go-to person for capacity planning within our AMRO (Aircraft Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) department. You ensure smooth project execution by monitoring capacity, aligning with different departments, and making timely adjustments where necessary. You'll support the Head of Production & Standards and help elevate the organization to the next level. Your responsibilities:

• Managing, monitoring, and adjusting the AMRO capacity planning.
• Analyzing and reporting on required resources versus available capacity.
• Coordinating between departments and resolving planning bottlenecks.
• Organizing and coordinating out-station projects.
• Supporting improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Who are you?

You are analytically strong, a clear communicator, and you appreciate structure. You can switch quickly between departments and know how to set priorities. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you take initiative when needed. What you bring:

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Full professional proficiency in English (Dutch is a strong plus).
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
