Salary: £36,446 with potential to rise to £40,495 over 3 years

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Project Support Assistant to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- We are seeking a customer-focused Support Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Customer Voice function to ensure efficient organisation, management, and governance of activities, enabling Supply Chain to meet operational requirements for our customers. You will help in sharing customer insight across the breadth of our business and support action plans aligned to key customer strategy objectives to make us easier to work with for the NHS.
- Arrange and attend customer forums and panels led by the Customer Voice team, recording meeting outcomes and actions and circulating to attendees.
- Provide key strategic support to the Engagement Managers to ensure the business is held to account in achieving its business category strategy objectives and providing the best possible service to the NHS.
- Support the team to ensure action and risk logs are maintained.
- Work cross functionally to ensure slide packs and content are pulled together ahead of time for customer forums and panels.
- Work with the Customer Voice team to develop ways of working and support process development across the business to ensure we communicate clearly with customers.
- Look to build and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders on a range of business-sensitive issues.

Skills and qualifications- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
