Your new role
As a Project Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with the coordination and delivery of readiness activities for the new system implementation. You'll provide comprehensive administrative and project support, ensuring that all programme-related tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Your responsibilities will include:
Organising meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project planners and spreadsheets.Managing project documentation, reports, and data collection processes.Supporting the development and maintenance of project plans and readiness activities.Coordinating workshops, training sessions, and communication events.Acting as a key point of contact for HR readiness queries and ensuring timely follow-up.Ensuring effective communication across stakeholders and maintaining strong working relationships within the project teamWhat you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you should have:Essential Criteria - Qualifications & Experience
Option 1: HNC/HND or higher qualification in an administrative-related field plus 1 year's clerical/administrative experienceOption 2: 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English and Maths plus 2 years' clerical/administrative experienceOption 3: 3 years' clerical/administrative experience Skills & Competencies
