About the Role
As a Project Support Administrator, you'll be at the heart of programme delivery-providing essential support across multiple projects. From coordinating meetings to managing documentation and liaising with stakeholders, your role will be key to keeping everything on track. This is a full-time position offering hybrid working (a mix of home and office-based work), giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. The role is a temporary role until March 2026, offering stability and the chance to make a real difference in public service delivery.
️ Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support across several programmes
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes (in Welsh and English)
  • Track project progress, actions, and deadlines
  • Maintain records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Support reporting and data collation for programme updates

What I'm Looking For
  • Fluent Welsh and English language skills (spoken and written) - essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Experience in the public sector or civil service is a plus!
