Project Support Location: Bridgwater, UK
Pay: £170 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday 37 Hours office working
Our Client, a leading organisation in the nuclear sector, is hiring for a dedicated Project Support to join their HPC Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major new nuclear build project, supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth office operations.
What you'll be doing:- Providing professional, accurate administrative support to the programme and wider team
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting packs
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and hospitality for meetings and events
- Maintaining data and records for easy access and retrieval
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Recording and producing minutes for key meetings
- Handling office services such as reprographics and document binding
- Responding to emails and phone enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Strong organisational skills with a flexible, methodical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience supporting teams or senior managers
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Familiarity with managing diaries, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
