Job Description

Project Support Location: Bridgwater, UK

Pay: £170 per day

Hours: Monday - Friday 37 Hours office working

Our Client, a leading organisation in the nuclear sector, is hiring for a dedicated Project Support to join their HPC Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major new nuclear build project, supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth office operations.

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing professional, accurate administrative support to the programme and wider team
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and meeting packs
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and hospitality for meetings and events
  • Maintaining data and records for easy access and retrieval
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Recording and producing minutes for key meetings
  • Handling office services such as reprographics and document binding
  • Responding to emails and phone enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What you'll bring:
  • Strong organisational skills with a flexible, methodical approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience supporting teams or senior managers
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven administrative support experience in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with managing diaries, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
