Project Supervisor (Modern Data Centre Build)Location: UK/Ireland/EMEA (Travel Required)

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery of structured cabling and data centre infrastructure projects across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

This is a hands-on, site-based leadership role responsible for supervising installation teams, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, maintaining project schedules, and supporting the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects within live and new-build data centre environments.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of structured cabling systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record supervising teams on complex infrastructure deployments.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site installation teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and DPI standards.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site protocols.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of site documentation including RAMS and daily reports.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
• Support the commissioning and handover process of completed projects.
• Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties
• Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company, and group policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Skills and Experience

• CSCS or ECS card (required).
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in supervising structured cabling or data centre infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK and Europe.
