Project Site Manager

Location:еспонд Leicestershire (with national travel as required)

We're seeking a Project Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the planning and safe delivery of a variety of projects across client sites. This is a hands on role where you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll do:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of project works, including programme management, QHSE compliance, and contractor supervision.
  • Act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 abazts The Building Safety Act 2022.
  • Oversee site operations, including inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and supply partners to ensure efficient implementation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure smooth handover processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support business development by identifying project opportunities within client portfolios.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years proven site management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
  • Skills: Strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to deliver stretching on time and budget.
  • Knowledge: Competent in Health & Safety legislation; electrical and/or mechanical experience.
  • Qualifications:
    • Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical.
    • CSCS card holder.
    • Desirable: CDM 2015, NEBOSH, SMSTS, IOSH.
  • Circumstances: Ability to travel nationally and work outside normal hours when required.
