Project Quantity Surveyor - €80,000 + Package
Location: Dublin

A leading main contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major commercial development in Dublin. This is a high-profile project with long-term progression and a strong financial package.
The Role- Take full ownership of commercial duties across the project
- Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations & final accounts
- Drive cost control, reporting and value optimisation
- Ensure contractual compliance and maintain strong client relationships
- Degree qualified QS with 4+ years' experience
- Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding
- Confident managing subcontractors and reporting at project level
- Motivated, detail-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- €80,000 salary + full benefits package
- Clear progression pathway to Senior QS
