Project Quantity Surveyor - Growth Path & Car Allowance

Applewood Construction Limited is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage post-tender commercial aspects on a range of build projects, primarily hospitality and related refurbishments. Office-based with visits to sites as required, you will oversee final accounts and subcontractor financials.

We are seeking 3-5 years' experience in a contractor or sub-contractor environment, with a willingness to work across fast-changing refurbishment projects.
