Project Pricing Strategy Lead

Eaton is seeking a Project Pricing Lead to own and drive pricing discipline for project business across ES EMEA. You will define pricing structures, enforce gates, and ensure full cost capture and risk pricing before tender submission.

Responsibilities include establishing decision ownership between Tendering, Sales, Project teams, and Commercial Finance, and leading continuous improvement of pricing practices across project businesses.
