Shire Services are seeking a Project Officer.

The post holder will be responsible for setting up, managing and delivering a number of projects critical to the success of Shire Services as a commercial operation.

The post holder will be responsible for preparing tender documents and managing the tender process both for new business and for the procurement of goods and services.

The post holder will require a high level of analytical skills, including the ability to analyse, interpret and present data and other information in a manner that can be understood by all levels of staff and experience of using analytical software such as excel to manage complex data.

The post holder will be required to act as an Investigating Officer for the service dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues which arise.
