Job Description
Project Office Administrator 
AllWater Technologies is a leading engineering manufacturer of industrial water treatment solutions. We design, manufacture and deliver specialist systems that help manufacturers produce both high-quality pure water and treat wastewater to meet environmental standards.
What You'll Be Doing:- Providing general administrative assistance across the Projects Team
- Creation of administrative documents, using Word and Excel
- Supporting the team in obtaining quotations on items that have been specified by the Projects Team
- Checking pricing matches schedules prior to ordering
- Preparing and sending out purchase orders
- Working with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Assisting with the production of Critical Spares list for Projects
- Collating, printing and uploading documentation for Project Manuals
- Assisting with production of detailed packing and delivery notes for plant dispatch
- Preparation of work packs and scheduling builds, communicating with the Workshop
- Other duties as appropriate
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are highly organised
- Believe in providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Have a good level of competency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, i.e. working with formulas, cell formatting and linking spreadsheets and worksheets
- Have a good eye for detail and are able to achieve a high level of accurate data entry
- Preferably have previous experience of working within a projects orientated role
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to changing project priorities
- Ensures all tasks are completed in line with company procedures and project requirements
