Job Title: Project Manager - Maritime Software Implementation

Location: UK or Norway (Other Western European locations considered)

What will you be doing?

• Leading and coordinating multiple maritime software onboarding projects, shaping efficient client outcomes and improved operational results.

• Acting as a team lead, bringing together technical consultants and system specialists to achieve creative, inspired project delivery.

• Providing focused customer guidance on process, change management, and solution optimisation.

• Managing client communications, assuredly handling change requests and tailoring solutions to meet varied industry needs.

• Championing brave decisions to maintain project scope and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified with strong project management or implementation experience, ideally within maritime OR crewing operations.

• Skilled communicator with a very strong command of English-other languages are a bonus!

• Winner mindset: solution-orientated, motivated, creative, and determined to see projects to successful completion.

• Experience juggling multiple projects, managing teams, and thriving in fast-paced, changing environments.

• Familiarity with maritime software or SaaS is a plus, but not essential for an inspired, quick-learning leader.
