Principal / Project Manager / Tech Lead for offshore wind power and transmission systems.

Role

Project Manager and Lead Electrical Engineer for power and transmission of offshore wind farms. Tech lead for power and transmission services for offshore wind farm design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering, procurement and construction of power and transmission for offshore wind farms.
• Work with multi disciplinary teams to deliver on offshore wind projects (tech input to procurement, BD, supply chains, tenders, bids, design engineers, consultancies).
• Bring in new technology, increase efficiency and help win new business.

Qualifications

• Education - Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• FEED - managing engineering design teams for offshore wind projects.
• Experience - Offshore wind power and transmission projects.
• Project Management skills.
• Knowledge of systems, processes and standards for delivery of offshore wind farms.
• Offshore substation platform knowledge.

Advantage

• Chartered in Electrical Engineering.
• BD experience.
• Supply chain management.
