Project Manager (Regulatory Compliance projects) - Treasury Settlements - 12 month FTC

The Project Manager is a critical role reporting to the Director, Treasury Services Europe within the Europe Finance Treasury function.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting and driving delivery, under the direction and oversight of the Director, Treasury Services and sponsorship of the Europe Head of Treasury, two regulatory driven Treasury projects over a 12-14 month period from late summer 2025. Both projects are key drivers in enabling the organisation to meet its strategic regulatory requirements.
The role is responsible for applying Visa best practices in delivering these projects.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced Project Manager with relevant PM qualification
- Understanding of SWIFT, RTGS or general inter-bank settlements landscape
- Experience with regulatory compliance related projects and familiarity with audit requirements
- Strong understanding of risk management principles
- Ability and confidence to communicate to all level with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance progress on the project with day to day operational commitments of the team
- Experience in working to strict deadlines
- A high level of computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in operational process improvement
