Project Manager (Power Platform)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform to lead the delivery of automation and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the design and execution of end-to-end automation projects, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, and manage stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-value solutions.

Location

London - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Power Platform projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables, tracking progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to design end-to-end automation solutions.
• Ensure that solutions are built with security, scalability, and governance at the core.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and providing clear communication.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful resolution.
• Promote best practices in project management, governance, and Power Platform delivery.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in managing technology projects, ideally with exposure to low-code or automation platforms.
• Ability to design and oversee end-to-end automation solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, integration, and governance principles.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and driving successful delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup - 2 days per week onsite in London.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio).
• Understanding of RPA concepts and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure integration patterns and enterprise system connectivity.
• Awareness of security, compliance, and governance best practices for low-code platforms.
• Prior experience in technical project leadership or delivery within digital transformation programs.
