The RoleBased primarily across Westminster and Chelsea, with one day per week at our head office in Essex, you'll take ownership of M&E maintenance delivery across a portfolio of FM contracts. - Producing and issuing maintenance progress reports and compliance trackers
- Recording and valuing reactive, remedial, and additional works
- A trade apprenticeship background - Mechanical or Electrical (strongly preferred)

- Strong communication skills - you will be client-facing and need to command a room
- Solid computer literacy and experience managing maintenance reporting and compliance documentation
- Full UK driving licence
- £60,000 basic salary
- Full company pension
- 28 days annual leave - rising by one extra day for every year you stay
- Travel expenses to site covered
