- As Project Management Lead, you'll oversee and manage the execution of energy management projects for industrial manufacturing clients, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for energy optimisation and sustainability initiatives, coordinating with teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop project plans and schedules, manage budgets and resources, and ensure clear communication and regular updates with all stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor energy performance metrics and project outcomes, preparing detailed reports on efficiency improvements, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and certifications (ISO, LEED) and ensure the highest quality in energy solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering and managing complex projects, ideally in energy management or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong project management skills with knowledge of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- In-depth understanding of energy efficiency, energy management systems, and sustainability practices in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
- Budget/resource management, risk assessment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with energy management software, data analytics tools, and current industry trends and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related field (Master's degree or PMP certification advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
