About Your New Job

As Project Management Lead, you'll oversee and manage the execution of energy management projects for industrial manufacturing clients, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
Lead end-to-end project delivery for energy optimisation and sustainability initiatives, coordinating with teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
Develop project plans and schedules, manage budgets and resources, and ensure clear communication and regular updates with all stakeholders.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor energy performance metrics and project outcomes, preparing detailed reports on efficiency improvements, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and certifications (ISO, LEED) and ensure the highest quality in energy solutions.

What Skills You Need

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering and managing complex projects, ideally in energy management or industrial manufacturing.
Strong project management skills with knowledge of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
In-depth understanding of energy efficiency, energy management systems, and sustainability practices in manufacturing.
Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
Budget/resource management, risk assessment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with energy management software, data analytics tools, and current industry trends and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related field (Master's degree or PMP certification advantageous).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
