The role

As a Project Manager Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary Your role will include manage multiple projects and be accountable for performance and results achieved through multiple managers and senior grade professional associates and technical specialists.

Day-to-day, you'll build an integrated project Delivery Teams that work together to define, plan, monitor and control the successful delivery of the project

• Managing Customer and stakeholder interfaces
• Lead the project to deliver performance
• Establishing and maintaining governance arrangements for the project
• Accountable for planning and monitoring the project

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Project Manager Lead

• Project Management and Project Risk Management techniques.
• Business Processes (HR, Finance Commercial).
• Procurement processes.
• Process Improvement techniques.
• Leadership.
• Business Applications

Qualifications for the Project Manager Lead

• Hold a professional project qualification such as APM (PMQ) or Prince 2

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
