Your mission Project Manager HVAC Engineer H/F Your mission As an HVAC Project Manager Engineer, you are responsible for the complete management of HVAC projects in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, from studies to implementation. You ensure technical quality, adherence to costs and deadlines, in close collaboration with all stakeholders. Your responsibilities - Manage HVAC projects - Lead and coordinate HVAC projects from A to Z according to SIA phases 3, 4, and 5 - Define technical concepts, analyze and compare alternatives - Carry out and/or validate hydraulic and air dimensioning - Establish principle diagrams, technical notes, and descriptions - Write preliminary and project files, as well as budget estimates - Calls for tender and execution studies - Prepare submissions, preliminary measurements, and tender documents - Analyze offers, establish and actively participate in HVAC and control the ability to produce or check HVAC plans (hydraulic and air) - Follow-up and commissioning - Ensure execution follow-up on site - Control compliance with regulations and respect for standards - Organize and conduct final tests and commissioning - Manage contractor costs and the financial tracking of the project - Compile and manage technical files according to ISO requirements - Management and smooth running of projects on technical, financial, and timely aspects - Monitor finances and ensure strict budget management - Master the inclusions/exclusions of costs - Supervise and coordinate designers and internal resources - Collaborate closely with architects, engineering offices, and companies - Support management in acquisitions or project developments Your profile - Engineer degree from a university of applied sciences in building engineering or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience in an HVAC engineering office in Switzerland - Excellent mastery of HVAC systems and current Swiss standards - Proven experience in managing HVAC projects and SIA phases 3-5 - Ability to work independently, in a structured and proactive manner - Multidisciplinary skills (HVAC / MSR / BMS) - experience in building services / MCR / BMS - a sense of teamwork and team spirit - Knowledge of English and/or German - an asset jida4813b7aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
